Vinato delivers to all areas of Lebanon through our local delivery partner.

We also ship worldwide via Aramex to destinations served by the carrier. International shipping availability depends on the destination.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery within Lebanon takes 3–4 business days in total from order confirmation, including preparation time.

International delivery times vary by destination. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier performance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, an Aramex tracking number is shared once your order has shipped. For orders within Lebanon, contact us anytime for a delivery update.

Within Lebanon: A flat delivery fee of $5 per order applies.

International orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility. Vinato has no control over these charges, so please check with your local customs office for details.

Orders refused or returned because customs charges were not paid are not eligible for a refund under this policy, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

Please ensure that your contact information and delivery address are complete and accurate. Contact Vinato if your delivery is delayed or unsuccessful.

If delivery fails because the details provided were incorrect or incomplete, or because you could not be reached, redelivery will be charged at the standard delivery fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described in our Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy .
