At Vinato, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy before placing your order.

Orders Within Lebanon

Items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on orders delivered within Lebanon.

International Orders

We currently deliver to certain countries across the MENA region.

All international orders are considered final sale. No exchanges or refunds are available for international deliveries.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
